Shipping policy
Please expect longer shipper times than usual at this time. Est. transit times are not guaranteed. If an order has already shipped, it can not be canceled due to delivery delays from the carrier. You must wait to receive your order and then contact Good Wave Company to request to return it at which time you will also be responsible for the return shipping charges.
DELIVERY / SHIPPING
Your delivery time is divided into two parts:
1) Processing: All orders are sent to the warehouse to ship within 2 business days. In some rare cases it may take up to additional 5-7 business days to receive your board in our warehouse due to Coronavirus impacts on carriers. Once available, you will receive a tracking notification email.
Please note many carriers are experiencing delays right now due to Coronavirus. Please just reach out if you have any questions about the status of your order.
2) Shipping time: Typically shipping is around 1-2 business days but depends on the carrier. Please select expedited shipping from the options.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
At this time, Good Wave does not offer international shipping. Always feel free to reach out, depending on where you live we may be able to make an exception!
