Returns and Refund Policy

At Good Wave, we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes, you may need to return a product. Our return policy is designed to be as fair and straightforward as possible.

Return Eligibility

We strictly adhere to the return policies of our suppliers and manufacturers. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unassembled, and returned in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt. We refer to this as "Like New" condition. We regret that we cannot accept returns or refunds for products that have been used.

If the product arrives damaged, please take pictures of the packaging and the item, and contact us immediately at support@goodwave.co.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled if the product has not yet been shipped. If the product has already been shipped, a 10% cancellation fee will apply, along with any fees required by the suppliers for rerouting the item and restocking.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at support@goodwave.co to let us know that you wish to return an item.
2. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging (if possible), and include any manuals, accessories, or tags that came with the item.
4. Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the package.
5. Drop the package off at your nearest shipping location.

Defective or Faulty Products

We accept returns of defective or faulty products within 30 days of purchase. If you receive a defective or faulty product, please contact us immediately.

Return Delivery Cost

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If free shipping was provided with your order, that amount will also be deducted from the refund.
